The multiple roof planes were carefully designed to both incorporate a large 16kW, 56 panel solar system and allow for access to natural light through high lite windows and skylights.
Two efficient inverter reverse-cycle air-conditioning units were installed to reduce running costs by isolating air flow to where it is needed while maximising comfort for those inside.
The layout of the home was designed to occupy the south and west of the block. This kept the favourable northern aspect free for morning sun into the bedrooms, living areas and rear yard while protecting and providing shade during hot afternoons.

The sleeping quarters of the house are strategically placed around the central pool. The master suite, including the ensuite and walk-in robe, benefits from the thoughtfully planned layout, providing a private retreat within the family home.
