Matt
Managing Director

Matt has a strong focus on customer service and is passionate about design and fine detailing which extends from his experience in cabinet making. After decades of experience in the building industry, Matt identified an opportunity to create Finesse Built in 2012.

Tim
Operations Manager

Tim is an inaugural member of Finesse Built and was instrumental in developing the foundations of the company. Tim is a registered building work supervisor with over a decade of experience, who manages the co-ordination of our projects and the dynamic office team.

Hayden
Construction Manager

Hayden, a former cabinet maker, manages all aspects of site construction from building, to trades and meetings with clients. An inaugural member of Finesse Built, Hayden has decades of experience in the building industry, accompanied by a perfectionist nature and acute attention to detail.

Andrew
Supervisor

Andrew is a building supervisor with decades of site experience stemming from previous years as a first and second fix carpenter. Encompassing a vast range of building knowledge, Andrew’s attention to detail spreads to his clients and trades.

Alan
Design Manager

Alan, a graduate architect, joined Finesse Built in 2015 as the company’s design manager having previously studied industrial design and architecture. Alan has a keen eye for detail and approaches every project on its individual merit, which has enabled him to design some of Finesse Built’s most captivating homes.

Sam
Drafting + Design

Sam is a graduate architect who joined Finesse Built in 2016. With a passion for design, architecture and graphic design, Sam produces working drawings and design concepts for clients using 3D modelling software.

Amelia
Interior Designer

Amelia joined the Finesse Built team in 2016 and manages the selection process and interior design aspects of each project. After studying Architectural Studies and Interior Architecture, Amelia ensures each home has a common design language throughout.

Brooke
Accounts / Office Manager

Brooke is an experienced book keeper and manages Finesse Built’s offices, finances and accounts to the highest standard.
